Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Forms App, provided by Firebirdapps ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the app. The Privacy policy explains how information is handled.

1. Eligibility and account access

You must meet the minimum age and account requirements that apply to you and your Google account. If you use the app for an organization, you must have authority to access and manage its forms. Keep your account secure and authorize only access you intend to grant. Forms App does not create a separate user account; it connects to your Google account.

2. What the app provides

Forms App helps you create, edit, copy, rename, publish, share, and move Google Forms to trash; view responses and summaries; export or print information; and receive device notifications for new responses. Available operations depend on Google's APIs, your permissions, account settings, internet access, and the installed app version.

Demo mode, where available, uses sample forms and illustrative responses. It does not create live Google Forms. Preview answers are for previewing a form and are not submitted as live respondent answers by the app. Finishing preview or opening the live form from the editor saves your form edits first; these actions do not submit preview answers. Answers you submit on a live form through Google's website are handled by Google and the form owner.

The interface language setting changes app controls and date formatting. It does not translate or rewrite your form titles, questions, answers, or exported content.

3. Your forms and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the forms and content you create. Using Forms App does not transfer ownership to us. You must have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to collect, access, edit, export, or share the information in your forms.

• Provide any required notices and obtain consent from respondents.
• Protect personal or sensitive information and share it only with appropriate recipients.
• Review questions, settings, sharing permissions, and publication status before collecting responses.
• Keep appropriate backups of important information and check that saves and exports completed.

Saving changes updates your Google form. Publishing can make it available to respondents under Google's access settings. Moving a form to trash affects its availability. You are responsible for these choices and for copies saved or shared outside the app.

Unsaved edits and preview answers are held in memory, and the app does not provide an automatic backup of them. Exported, shared, clipboard, cached, or printed copies may remain after you sign out or disconnect your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Forms App for unlawful collection of data, fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, malware, infringement, or unauthorized access. Do not attempt to bypass Google authorization, abuse the feedback database, interfere with the service, or access another person's information without permission. Your use must also comply with applicable Google and Google Play terms and policies.

5. Google and other services

Forms App is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Google Forms, Google Drive, and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. Google services, Firebase, YouTube, image hosts referenced by a form, our website hosting provider, your email provider, print services, and destinations you choose for exports or sharing have their own terms and privacy practices.

Google or your organization may restrict access, require new authorization, change APIs, impose quotas, or interrupt service. We cannot guarantee continued access to third-party services or every feature available in Google's own products.

6. Notifications, feedback, and reviews

Response notifications depend on Android permission, internet access, background scheduling, and Google authorization. They monitor new responses detected after monitoring is enabled, rather than providing a complete history of submissions. Checks are periodic and may be delayed or missed. You can turn notifications off in the app or Android settings. Do not rely on them for emergencies or time-critical decisions.

Feedback submission is optional. Send only content you have the right to share and avoid sensitive information. You permit us to use submitted feedback to respond, maintain, and improve the app, as described in the Privacy policy. Reviews you choose to publish on Google Play are handled by Google. Opening the listing does not automatically submit a review.

7. App rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app for its intended purpose subject to these terms and applicable law. The app's branding and our original design and software remain ours or their respective owners'. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses. These terms do not restrict rights granted to you under applicable open-source licenses or mandatory law.

8. Availability and limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for a particular purpose. Verify important edits, publications, summaries, and exports against your Google account.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the app or interruptions to third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Ending use and changes

You may stop using the app at any time. Sign out or disconnect your Google account, revoke access in Google Account settings, and uninstall the app if desired. These actions do not automatically delete forms in Google Drive, exported copies, or feedback previously submitted; see the Privacy policy for deletion options.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue app features. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated date, with additional notice where required. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the app.
